Acceptance
All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. You agree without limitation or qualification to be bound by and comply with these terms of use. All terms and guidelines are incorporated within the terms of use page, including our limited liability, and return and refund policies, and shipping policies.
Registration
Upon registration you will establish a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your username and password. You agree to immediately contact Display Graphics, Inc. should your information become compromised.
Copyrighted Material
We assume our clients have the legal rights to use all artwork, logos, fonts, or any other material provided to Display Graphics, Inc. to print. If we suspect for any reason that you do not have the rights to printing material provided, we reserve the right refuse service.
Limitations of liability
Display Graphics, Inc. is not be liable for any damages that result from the use or inability to use the site or products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Warranty and Returns
All products are sold satisfaction guaranteed. Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from shipping. Contact us at our contact page to recieve and Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#). Any package recieved without an RMA# will be refused. All returns must have their original packing, manuals, wrapping, or any other original materials the product came with. Up to a 15% restocking fee may be charged at the discresion of Display Graphics, Inc. should the condition of the return warrant it. Because of the custom nature of graphics, they are non-refundable. The customer is required to follow the file preparation guidelines and use the provided templates to ensure the accurate reproduction of their graphics. All preexisting typographical, color, layout, or other graphic errors are the sole responsibiity of the customer and not Display Graphics, Inc. Should there be a production error on the part of Display Graphics, Inc., we will replace any graphic to the customer's original specifications free of charge. The durability of the graphics are under limited warranty for 1-year. Improper care, handling, abuse, or misuse to graphics is not covered under the warranty. Any damage from standard use beyond simple wear-and-tear will be covered by Display Graphics, Inc.
Production and Shipping
Production times listed on the product description pages are estimates and not guaranteed. For the most accurate estimates of production time, please contact us directly at our contact page or at 1-800-668-9103. Large orders may need a longer lead time and will vary according to complexity and quantity.
Shipping will be sent through FexEx, UPS, or United Postal Service, at the discresion of Display Graphics, Inc. If your recieve products damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for an exhange. Exchanges for damage not reported within 48 hours will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
