Shipping and Handling
Shipping of products generally takes place within 2 working days. Customers will be notified promptly if any products are are on backorder or are expected to have any kind of delay. Shipping times are estimates only and not neccesarily guranteed. Please contact us if there is a pressing deadline that needs to be met so that special considerations may be arranged. Additional charges may be applied for rush orders.
Products may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL depending on location and time considerations. Shipping company is chosen at our discretion to most efficiently get your product to you quickly and safely.
Returns
All products are sold satisfaction guaranteed. Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from shipping. Contact us at our contact page to recieve and Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#). Any package recieved without an RMA# will be refused. All returns must have their original packing, manuals, wrapping, or any other original materials the product came with. Up to a 15% restocking fee may be charged at the discresion of Display Graphics, Inc. should the condition of the return warrant it.
Because of the custom nature of graphics, they are non-refundable. The customer is required to follow the file preparation guidelines and use the provided templates to ensure the accurate reproduction of their graphics. All preexisting typographical, color, layout, or other graphic errors are the sole responsibiity of the customer and not Display Graphics, Inc. Should there be a production error on the part of Display Graphics, Inc., we will replace any graphic to the customer's original specifications free of charge. The durability of the graphics are under limited warranty for 1-year. Improper care, handling, abuse, or misuse to graphics is not covered under the warranty. Any damage from standard use beyond simple wear-and-tear will be covered by Display Graphics, Inc.
